WHOLESALE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in purchasing from thesilvercompany. We have outlined below the necessary qualifications to become a wholesale customer.
To protect the integrity and quality of the retail market place, we can only sell to individuals or companies that are buying to resale the jewelry. With this purpose in mind, we abide by the following policy guidelines:

1. The applicant must have a business license for retail sales and a tax ID number that will be used to resell goods purchased from thesilvercompany

2. Thesilvercompany cannot sell to individuals who are purchasing for non-resale personal use, or who are purchasing seeking “discounted” wholesale pricing.

3. Minimum opening orders are $300.00 wholesale. Minimum re-orders are $50.00 wholesale thereafter.

4. Only authorized buyers are allowed into the showroom and to place phone orders. Accounts are limited to three authorized un-revolving buyers. All buyers must be direct employees of your business. Identification may be required for admittance into the showroom.

5. Our business hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. thesilvercompany is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and on all major holidays.

6. Returns. We will exchange any piece due to manufacturing defects and not to problems caused by wear and tear. All claims must be made within 7 (seven) days of purchase. Credit toward your next purchase will be applied on all returned items.

7. Showroom restrictions:

  • Retail customers are not allowed into the showroom.
  • Only authorized buyers will admitted into our showroom. Picture ID may be required for admittance.
  • Because of insurance liabilities, we cannot accept children under the age of fourteen in our wholesale facilities.
8. Thesilvercompany reserves the right to change prices and to cancel an account at any time without notice.
